Happiness. I've experienced it before and I know I can reach it again.

(Also, to outlive my enemies.)

Idk really, ever since the pandemic started I've never had a clear idea of what I want to do with my life anymore tbh. But as I've gotten older I've realized it's okay to live with uncertainty and to not have things figured out.

I'm on autopilot right now. Trying to finish some undergrad stuff and then grad school next year. Just working, saving money, and trying to work on myself slowly.

I feel like my purpose is to take care of myself so that I can take care of others.

Helping other young adolescents when I get my degree to not get as lost in life as I did when I was growing up (and still am tbh)

Don’t know why I’m still alive. Everyday feels pointless

I have no idea tbh.  I’ve changed jobs and moved to different cities every 1-3 years since I graduated college 10 years ago because everything repulses me eventually.  I have no interest in dating/marriage/kids.  I guess paying off my car and taking care of my cat is my life purpose.

I've been a designer since 2008. So that. I never understand people who say they dont know what their purpose is. Career? Passions? Dreams? I've been doing dance, design, writing, film making and production since I was 12. Its always been there. Music, art, family, all the things I love, thats why you're here. Think of all the producers, designers, writers, creatives etc. Many people are living their purpose doing what they love/are good at. Find that!

If you’re struggling with this I really recommend reading On The Shortness of Life by Seneca.

People have struggled with this for all of humanity and reading a book from thousands of years ago exploring the same issues you’re facing today is really helpful in grounding your feelings.

Seneca knew what he was though - a philosopher and a writer (among other things). Like, I think its as simple as finding out the things you're REALLY good at and doing that.

Ever since I was a teenager I’ve always had the same passion that eventually became my job as an adult. Thank god I pursued my dream and didn’t allow detractors to dissuade me as a young child. It’s sad when people don’t have support in their dreams and can change the direction of one’s life forever..

Everyone should aspire to find their ikigai in life
