Doubtful. These awards are usually bought, or are, at the very least, heavily campaigned for. If you don’t want these awards you don’t get them (unless your name is Adele), and it’s clear Bruno and Anderson didn’t want it.

At least with Adele and Taylor could use their huge success and decent/good songwriting to explain it

 

But Bruno is a glorified tribute act, including Silk Sonic. There is nothing original or creative about him which is why he still doesn’t have a huge fanbase after all these years, yet he probably would’ve won again if he had been nominated.
