fish >>>>>

i've never felt fat after eating fish unlike Chicken (i don't eat red meat)

Obviously chicken is usually healthier if prepared right, but red meat tastes the best if you know how to cook it. A properly prepared steak is hard to beat, and even though it's not as healthy as chicken, you can always get leaner cuts, which taste very good still imo.

Fish is probably underrated. I like to cook lots of meat but have never explored fish, mostly because I worry about it smelling up my house and other things, like mercury levels in certain fish. I do enjoy some fish, however. I guess I'll have to learn down the road. :fan:

Steak, sausages, lamb and pork chops, burgers, bacon. They're all so ******* delicious. You health nuts can deny it all you want, but chicken has nothing on red meat. Chicken can taste good when cooked and seasoned properly, but there's still no comparison.

Fish is in the middle of the pack in flavor and can be just as healthy as chicken. If you don't like fish I feel sorry for you. Like really, not even salmon?

Fish is the healthiest, but so gross.

It's OK but very tasteless. It is consumable but definitely below the other two.

For red meat I only meant beef/steak.

Offal, in particular, is absolutely indigestible to me.

Steak and lamp are basically the same. :rip:

Sausages are mediocre but digestible.

I would rate chickens over burgers though.

In terms of taste and what I typically cook for myself:

Chicken>Fish>Red meat/Beef

I eat chicken so much that I get sick of it.

But overall: Poultry > Beef > Fish. I eat all three multiple times a week though.

Chicken>Seafood>>>>red meat

Chicken is very versatile and goes with anything. Fried chicken is my ultimate comfort food. Seafood is beautiful when done right and sushi is probably my favourite food but is not as versatile as chicken. Red meat is unhealthy and usually more fatty. I only eat it occasionally.

Chicken is a bad *****. Almost always good (as long as you know how to cook it right nn) and very versatile. I like turkey too because it's leaner and healthier but it can be a bit blander than chicken.

I like red meat a lot but I try to have it sparingly since it's not very healthy. And I can't seem to cook steak very well so I don't really need to bother cooking it at home :rip: A nice steak at a steakhouse or a burger though...

I like fish too, but I'm not as experienced in cooking it so I forget about it. Need to add it more to my rotation since it can be good and healthy. Obviously love fish & chips but I'm not trying to have fried fish every time I have fish nnn
