2 weeks seems like the best time frame imo: you can visit almost everything and truly rest

If I'm home, a week

If I'm travelling, 2 weeks

3-4 days. Not really a fan of taking too much time away on vacation, I have things to get on with.

I guess it depends. I love doing long weekends for city breaks if its somewhere near but for further destinations, I think 10-14 days is ideal. I personally like to be a bit busy on vacation as long as I get some down time.

Eternal Summer Vacation.

Do you mean like vacation from work? Then forever.

Or like like a tourist destination? Then a week. I get bored easily if it's more. The exception is when I travel to multiple destinations then I can do it for a month.

Greece, Italy (Naples/Rome/Pisa/Cinque Terre/Florence/Bellagio), Switzerland, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, and England.

Loved Switz, NL, and England. They were just less busy, clean, pretty, and well organised places.

Spain and France were cool. France/Pairs deffo gets too much hate. Seville was a gem of Europe tbh.

Italy was a mess but it was easter time or something and hectic/busy. lowkey ruined a few places. Florence tho

Lisbon was the biggest catfish

That's quite an amount of places! I live between Naples and Sorrento and yeah some parts of Italy can def be a little messy, especially public transportations. I had Lisbon on my wish list, oh well! Also Seville, looks gorgeous.

Usually I take 3 weeks off, 2 weeks to go on a holiday and 1 week at home.

Forever :wanda:

But in practice 2 weeks. I’m usually ready to go home after that point.

Nine days, and it always goes by too quickly. I genuinely do believe if anyone is bored on a vacation and spends it just waiting to go back to work, they need to do some soul-searching and self-discovery to discover what their passions in life are. There's more to life than just working. The only difference is if someone owns their own business; then, at that point, it makes sense as to why they'd be passionate about their job.

A local vacation, I think a long weekend Friday thru Monday is ideal. Same if you're going to a city and don't plan on venturing out. If you're going to another country or a place that has sights you want to see that require light traveling then definitely a week minimum.

5-12 days depending on where it is I am going. 5 if I am vacationing somewhere familiar, and towards 12 if I am vacationing somewhere completely new to me, especially if it is an area I will vibe with geographically (if there is mountains and forests nearby, I like it 100% more).

3-5 days anything longer makes it overwhelming when I get back to work
