I have mixed feelings about this. Bullying is abuse and can change the entire life of a person, so i won't judge the man... at the same time, by doing this, the bullied guy is lowering himself to the bully's level, which is not nice. Universe already gave him his karma, he should've just ignored it.

 

Anyways, do i agree with the man's action? No. As of the bully...
