This happened to me with someone I was talking to online, about a year ago. I made a promise to myself to never ever let that man get my attention again. Eventually, he messaged me after months of waiting for his response, saying he was ready to talk to me again now that he wasn't... busy. I never responded to his ***** ass. Move on. It's hard, but you deserve someone who will appreciate your time. He'll probably do it again when he's bored with you. This is their little game that they play.

It's weird how he just ghosted you (so far), but this happens a lot sadly. He may be fickle and met someone else, etc. but him not replying at all shows his character.
