i think you get 1 XP from reacting so they made the limit super low

I found out about it like 2 days ago. Since then I try not to use it too much. It's annoying. At least make it 20 per day or limit negative reactions.

Yes. 

Supposedly the current reaction limit for the day is 10, but it doesn't even seem like you reach that. After six or seven reactions, you've maxed out your reactions for the day.
