She doesn't appear to be doing it with the intention of mocking or, otherwise, creating a gross caricature. I see it as a harmless homage. There are more important and hurtful things to be up in arms about. People focusing on things like this hides the real issues.

Something can be meant to pay tribute and be respectful while actually being harmful to the black community. Intention counts in terms of how I would judge her a person, but the effect at the end of the day is still negative.
