We can all say white. It’s not oppressive language. 

Cause they say it condescendingly. It may not be "systematically racist" but it is prejudiced. White people have stereotypes too

Because racism is backed up by systems and cultural attitudes. Taylor is not oppressed by criticism of her whiteness, whiteness is itself a status that was historically (and still is) used to opress people of colour (and sometimes other ethnic minorities). Calling someone "mayo" might be rude, you might be offended by that but that's literally it. There is no system of opression that this ties into.

Racism requires an institutional prejudice which is not the case for white people.
 

However it is still a prejudice which is what a lot of people miss.
