TheCheshireCat Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 I cannot imagine wanting to be a high school teacher in this day and age.

Ash12345 Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Maybe she was just playing on her phone instead of paying attention in class, which is bad and I can understand why teachers might want to discipline kids for doing that. But it could also be a more serious academic offensive like looking up answers while taking a test.
gagacasanova Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Thank God I gave up on my dreams of being a teacher.

Teachers have the right to momentarily take your belongings if it serves you and the class better. If you don’t want to be taught stay home

Literally what’s wrong with it. When I was in school and we were caught using our phones we handed them in without bitching and moaning because we knew we were in the wrong and being disrespectful? Phones should stay in the locker, better yet be collected at the start of the school day in this day and age to encourage the development of social skills and teach young adults not to be perpetually attached to their phones.
SchmoodRing Posted May 17, 2023 Posted May 17, 2023 this is ridiculous. why is this becoming so damn common
