tiagol88 Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Sony also expects 25M for this next fiscal year, from the 19M from the current one, meaning that in a year PS5 will be approaching 65M units sold, after only 3 years and 4 months on the market: It's approaching PS4 sales launch aligned, even after having supply issues for 2 years. It's surpassing it during this next fiscal year The way Playstation always wins in the end. It's also close to outselling Xbox Series consoles by 2:1, even with a sku on sale for 300 dollars, lmao
LustSpell Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 I want one so bad But it just took a bit to get started. As more titles roll in I can see it easily surpassing PS4 lifetime.

Kayseri Mantisi Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Xbox Series X is better in every way possible. Arts & performance, not the charts.
TaggedGalaxy Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Haven’t touched mine since I finished Horizon FW

We = ME and my friends who also has an Xbox. It's personal preference. Better graphics Better hardware and performance Better looking design, not bulky Better controller Huge backwards compatibility with games Game Pass (which includes many day one releases too) More SSD storage Cloud gaming Better integration with PC Dolby Vision (my TV supports it) And other things I don't even remember right now are all better for me in the longterm and surpasses the positive sides of having a special game that i'll play, finish and forgot in less than a year. It's all just preference - but personally PS is not for me anymore, and in 2023, it doesn't have any real advantage to choose over in longterm. Edited April 28, 2023 by Kayseri Mantisi

Better graphics when most multiplatform games perform better on PS5 Series X will forever be tied to the weak ass Series S lmao. Better controller Game pass is a huge flop at this point with only games no one wants to buy are a hit in there lmao. Even MS is disappointed with it. SSD storage is slower than the PS5 and considering most PS5 games have better compression in the and the gap is useless. Imagine playing on a console without a huge exclusive for a year and half. What’s there to do with it? Playing the multiplatform games that usually perform better on PS5?
Beyonnaise Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 I was one of those purchases It's a slay and so worth it

It's the one of the best things MS has ever done for Xbox and it generates huge revenues, how is that a disappointment? Because of it recently UK didn't even accept the buying of Activision because other companies don't have something similar and there's no other competition in subscription/cloud gaming area DELUSIONAL and JEALOUS, I guess.

Devs have prioritized the PS5 more and the multiplayer usually come out looking better than the Series X despite its better GPU. I’ve owned both and returned the Xbox, the controller is not superior. It feels generations behind in haptics and the UI being too similar to the predecessor was a turn off. The only slay is Gamepass however after 3 years, there hasn’t been any first party exclusives that has wowed me.

Xbos stopped revealing gamepass subscribers for a year and half sis. That’s terrible. This is a subscription service available on PC and Xbox consoles and yet it never even reached 30M subscribers. It’s been 6 years since this service started. Xbox predicted a much bigger growth for the service than it has for the past 2 years. what are you talking about lmao
Pheromosa Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 I was able to buy one online from the Sony store a few weeks ago. Could not believe how easy it was after trying for two years
