A few of these haven't even had a moderate or mini hit in a decade or more lol

Pretty much every female artist to debut before 2010 other than Taylor, Miley, Rihanna, Selena, Shakira, and Beyoncé.

Kesha after Die Young. She was getting top 10 after top 10. Praying did well in certain markets though.
