When was the last time you hear an album in full for the first time and left you speechless?

Just listened to Why Does the Earth Give Us People to Love? by Kara Jackson. 

 

Left very impressed. Amazing both lyrically and sonically. 

 and before it 

just last month will lana's newest masterpiece 

I heard the new strokes album The New Abnormal and folklore just last week and wow they were some of the best I'd heard in a while

But if you mean the last time I was FLOORED floored by an album, probably Caroline Polachek's Desire I Wanna Turn Into You & Kelela's Raven basically back-to-back.

I listened to Jamie xx's In Colours a few months ago while going for a walk around the city. It was an EXPERIENCE.

SOS, Renaissance, and Red Moon in Venus

Invasion of Privacy. Only has one skip

Renaissance & SOS (took me a minute to appreciate SOS but now I do find it impressive)

 

She wrote and produced the majority of the entire album herself. It's an extremely well put together concept album. It has themes and production elements in it I haven't really heard in music before. Amazing instrumentals.

im never really "impressed" by an album/release. if i like something, i like it.

but the most recent release that i have found zero skips on would be
