lead actress of both Amsterdam and Babylon. Not enough power, I guess?

Not everyone can be Gaga me thinks.

Barbie will be another bomb project from her.

Gaga fans obsession with Margot Robbie is weird

It's the other way around actually.

There are already people using Margot and hiding behind her just to troll Gaga, and FAD is still more than a year away from being released.

We’ve already talked about this at length: these films were marketed horribly (especially Babylon) and honestly their commercial appeal was overestimated; they should have been a platform release rather than going wide immediately and face planting. Margot was great in Babylon though (haven’t watched Amsterdam so I cant comment) but she has a diverse resume filled with several standout performances. Not to mention she has really grown into a great producer, and I think Barbie is gonna do a lot for her as a lead/star. You can laugh and kii at two high profile flops but people still want to work with her, which is difficult to get and not everyone has that to their credit!

Noone is hiding behind Margot just some people who are comparing them because Gaga took the role she had. But Gaga fans insistence that Margot is a horrible actress and that she always flops is just weird.

She is everywhere and ppl are getting tired of her

jk

but Amsterdam didn't deserve its floppage

Thought that Barbie would be a smash success until I discovered that it’ll be released on the same day as Christopher Nolan star studded movie Oppenheimer

Welp Tenet was a disaster.

can't believe the monsters are in a one sided beef with Margot Robbie, it's not her fault the gp loves her as DCEU Harley Quinn. :deadbanana2:

It's really weird. They also act as if Gaga is some huge movie star just because she had two succesful roles. At least Margot is starring in a lot of diverse and interesting projects.

Hasn't Oppenheimer been delayed until late 2023?

Edit: nvm apparently that was false :gaycat6:

Barbie promo has been very good. I can see it overperforming and doing better than the Nolan movie if it gets decent reviews
