I can make breakfast for me and my hookups but I’m inept at most entrees that are lunch or dinner oriented. Shameful when compared to my family.

. My BF is awful at cooking - bland, over or undercooked and terrible at timing everything so half is cold. So I have had to learn how to cook but I have been cooking and living on my own since I was 18 and I do really enjoy it. I use a lot of seasoning and flavour because I hate bland food. Always a little spice in most cases too.
