Chick Fil A is super diverse? I see all types of people work there, so not sure bringing them up is a good example concerning them only hiring white people…

Not surprised this happened in the US. Racism in entrenched in all aspects of society. Down to the fact that even having a name that doesn’t sound white enough will have your job application denied. There’s even solid proof that blacks have it worse than white criminals when seeking jobs.

I’m sorry but [White] kinda sent me. Also not them blaming a junior recruiter for It :deadbanana:

I went to an all-Black staffed Chick Fil A two weeks ago.

A few weeks before that, another one was a combination of Hispanics, Asians, and Black. I didn’t see one white staff member, but then again, I live in a super diverse area.

That's wild. Their response was so bad too... holding that one junior recruiter accountable, but not the company as a whole... smdh.

Not surprised, it's well known that companies reject applications of POC especially if they have non-white names

Not surprised at all but still super disgusting :biblio: at least that helps POCs avoid that company at all costs now

Well, the US is pretty racist itself given they only give 85,000 working visas every year for foreign applicants. It would take extreme luck to get a working visa there.

Someone on the inside was exposing them lol
