This is a silly reaction to a mildly critical tweet.

 

 

And the person is right. I think Kelly sounds amazing, but the cover is lacking a bit. Among a few things, Jazmine's runs are a key part of the song structure but Kelly largely cuts them out because she doesn't have that level of agility. Jazmine is just a hard person to cover because of how rich, deep and agile her voice is.

Kelly has amazing agility and owned Jazmine on her own song with bare minimum practice she learns these covers quick

 Kelly is fantastic, but her agility is nowhere NEAR Jazmine's and she sure as sh*t didn't own Jazmine on this. You can enjoy her cover without being delusional.

Did I say her agility was better than Jazmines? No I did not. I said her agility was great. She def did outdo her all Jaz has is runs. Kelly showed so much more vocal ability in just half the song with barely any practice lmao. Kelly is leagues above Jazmine when it comes to vocal ability. There's a reason she's known as one of the best vocalist of our time and generations before

Did I say that you said her agility was better?  This was a cute cover, but it came nowhere close to the original.
