Yeah she always transitioned do streaming well I remember her actual isolates digital sales per single were bad but YT/Radio fantastic - a bit ahead of her time. However, she literally just came back with one of the most promoted singles of the last 5 years (LMU) only out 4 months ago, the Super Bowl watched by 118m people, and then the Oscar’s 6 days ago. So to say she’s been inactive entirely is wrong.
