It's true. 

If i series is good the world of mouth will make it popular on a streaming service. HBO or not. 

Calling It warnes plus or something like that tell to people is the house of everything warner, you can find every kind of content.

 

HBO Is very specific so you think you only get that kind of content.

Don't forget Disney plus has been forced to create in Europe (where star wars and Marvel are not strong like in the US) a whole new section called Star where you can find everything "adult" (this means not Disney, not Marvel, not star wars) cause the numbers of subscribers at some point peaked cause according to surveys a lot of people were "It's disney i don't care, It's for children" so they Need a rebrand to tell people you can find other kind of contents too. 

 

And according to surveys they are still suffering cause some people think Disney so It's for children.

Like, before the current rise of streaming and prestige television, HBO was the only network taken seriously for prestige series and TV movies, and could draw A-list stars. Cable was “low-brow” back then

Why don't they just make it HBO+ or go back to HBO Go?

Look what happens when absolute buffoons take over. They alienated a lot of subscribers, changed so much content that the service loses value, and pissed off the entire animation community but now think blaming it on the name is enough to satisfy investors and media from seeing this as a sinking ship.
 

I told that rat he would pay for his sins of axing so much shows and not even allowing many of them to be streamed thus wiping them off the map for legal consumption.

And here I thought it was the discovery + aspect of the app and the fact that they’re eliminating several of their own shows that drew viewers to the app in the first place.

It’s more like the other way for me. HBO Max cancelled good shows. “Max” is what ruins HBO.

The only reason I would subscribe to HBO Max is because HBO shows are in it and I know I’m not the only one
