It's likely a combination of specific interest for the films nominated this time around and for some of the performers like Rihanna and Gaga. Could've been higher tbh but it's still great that it grew in comparison to last year.

This means only some casual over 50 Elvis and top gun fan watched It plus some madonna fan to hate on Gaga
