Halloween is either panned or box office poison, Nightmare has maybe 2 decent movies while the rest were critical/commercial failures, M3GAN was…nothing, and the Terrifier movies are pure filth

I'm hoping Jenna Ortega is still in this although she may be busy, which could mean Tara is the opening kill, or will be studying at a new college or something to explain her absence.

i'm sure they'll figure something out with jenna, it shouldn't take more than a couple of days to film one chase sequence. also with how well 6 has done they should get some big stunt casting and maybe sidney will return tho i don't think she'll add much

No doubt she was signed to a multi (probably 3 but could be more) movie contract, it was an amazing offer for her at the time and still is, 6 is currently the biggest movie in the world, as big as she is that's still giant and she has no reason to pass on another even if she has many offers

and no doubt they'll pay her well with all the money 6 is making (if those details weren't already sorted in the original contract and she actually gets peanuts because of a contract d)

Radio Silence said they want scream to be going on forever. So let’s see how far they will take this. 
As for the C-Sisters. I can see Jenna leaving after 7. Depending on her options and career goals tho. 
Neve was the Main for 4 movies, so they can find ways to bring others back. Plus Ghostface itself becomes more and more the lead of the franchise anyway. It would be a nice switch up to make Ghostface the lead, like planned with Emma.

This franchise is definitely getting rebooted again in 10 years with Sidney's children when they're in high school. They didn't mention she had two girls with Marc for nothing 

 

That said the 6th movie was amazing I'm already hyped for the 7th.
