I mean, her second album bombed. What can you name your third album anyway, Triple Dutchess? BEP is nothing without Fergie, let’s not even lie. 
 

edit: For clarification, I LOVE Double Dutchess. It bombed though.

Good but BEP (will.i.am) needs to let go of the generic trash they've been releasing for the past three albums and stop trying to be Latinos and give us a good bop.

 

I won't lie though, Translation had some good bops but the whole album was carried by the features. ELEVATION is one of the worst albums I've listened to. What were they (and Shakira) thinking on releasing that dated mess Don't You Worry.

 

But jokes asides, it could be good and big, if handled correctly. The question is, would they go funk (Elephunk, Monkey Business) or electro (The E.N.D./The Beginning)?

Good. It's the best for both parties. BEP surprisingly slightly survived without her but they were all carried by samples and features

And that is super weird because Shakira thrives in a duo. She is knows exactly who to work with. So talented and so smart.

Shakira couldn't even save herself

Honestly they both need this. I love Fergie and her solo endeavours but people just aren’t here for it anymore. 

It was always ridiculous that she even left them permanently anyway. No reason why she couldnt just stay with them and go off and do solo stuff and then return.
