Any suggestions for a lazy solo vacation to relax and just chill?

I've been looking at all-inclusive resorts and seen some gorgeous ones in Mexico

I just want good food (bonus if everything is within the hotel/resort vicinity), nice beach/pool - just looking to destress and relax.

Any suggestions from people who have been on similar vacations? (not really looking for sightseeing or exploring or anything like that)

With the all-inclusive resorts, you have to be careful what you pick. Do your research in depth.

If you don't, it can end up being a bad trip. Either the resort is too family oriented with screaming kids running everywhere or it's "adults only" which is basically code for swingers couples and/or senior citizens :skull:

Anywhere on Mexico's Riviera Maya depends on preferences.

Eastern Island

Also I recommend you the south of Chile, it’s so relaxing and calming and even when there’s no kind of Caribbean beach it’s a very calming space with a lot of small towns to visit same with Elqui Valley -a mystic one and a WW astronomical capital with a lot of rivers and places to just feel the nature-

True, having to deal with screaming kids or pools full of people where you can't even swim is the last thing I would on a vacation that I want to spend totally relaxed.

Yes stayed at Play del Carmen and I recommend it. It was peaceful, beautiful and had cute shops and restaurants. I stayed at an airbnb with a friend, but there all all-inclusive resorts too.

I’ve been to Seychelles for a weekend and it was exactly what you described. Bonus was that there were no kids anywhere in sight.
