One is one of the greatest singers in pop music, one is one of the greatest songwriters, and both do everything they do very well - both queens, both winners.

Vocals : Ariana

Every other facet of musicianship : Taylor

This isn’t a linear comparison because they thrive in different areas.

These Singer vs. Songwriter threads always feel redundant, because when both parties are equally (or even similarly) skilled in their respective departments, a conclusion can’t be reached unless you think that one talent is intrinsically more important than the other. Personally, I think that singing and songwriting are of equal importance so I can’t decide.

Well, it's complicated. Ariana is an amazing singer but she's bad about everything else. 

Taylor is an excellent songwriter but she's also bad about everything else. Except instruments. She can play instruments. 

Taylor: Vocals

Ariana: everything else

 

 

Both are better than Camila

Taylor would be better off being compared to Olivia and no one is seeing Ariana in the pop game right now, pop radio fodder with massive soaring vocals not reached since Beyoncé.
