People couldn't stop calling her a fad, her HTE a flop etc. etc. etc. and while she only has 2 albums + an EP (so not a huge catalog), she's ranking at #16 on the IFPI 2022 list (the second woman in the whole top 20) while she hasn't released an album last year.

 

Is she actually the biggest artist from the new generation despite ATRL's claims?

She's always been the biggest artist of Gen Z. Not for one second has anyone threatened her, despite what ATRL wants to think.

No she can't. Billie has 3 major releases under her belt, multi-generational appeal that Olivia is nowhere close to touching, a larger celebrity status, and an insane peak in 2019-20 that far eclipses anyone in her age bracket

ot: It's funny how ATRL (or a certain fanbase at least) was pushing for her downfall

I am really glad she succeeded with this era, since it was her best album

but I do think it was handled a bit bad, which I think made it less successful

 

but the numbers are there, she is still pretty much successful

shows how her fanbase is still actually strong and the GP pays attention

(just hoping the next era will be more thought-out)

Dumbass, she released no album in 2022. Only she and Eminem are charting with no albums out.
