It's really hard for these new girls. Look at all the other artists - most of them have massive catalogues. Billie is just the biggest among the new girls, hence she's there.

I think it ultimately came down to who has a presence in local services in Asia and who doesn't. Because Spotify only tells a part of the story. (Example: imagine dragons who are big on local Asian platforms and also chart well on asian market spotify charts)

It's insane HTE is considered a flop with 12 songs over 100M streams, with one going to reach 1B by the end of this year. As big as her debut era? No, but still a smash era and she has a strong base seeing as Taylor is the only other female artist who would be able to secure so many 100M songs in a "flop" era.

Billie has a really strong core fanbase (like Taylor) that purchase physicals whereas a lot of the newer girls really do rely on streams

I don’t understand the point of mentioning Olivia in the title as if she doesn’t have only one album. imo, the only notable exclusions are Beyonce and Adele.

This can't be right, I was told by very credible sources on ATRL that Miss Billie was OVER and Happier Than Ever was a career-ending BOMB. So what gives?
