ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted February 22, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted February 22, 2023 I just recently got into the series and had no idea it was returning so soon. It lasted two seasons on Starz over a decade ago, but has since grown to become a sort of niche/cult television show. The cast is excellent, the humor, albeit crude at times, is consistent, and the performances are all very strong. A bunch of wannabe writers and actors trying to break into the industry and having to resort to cater waiting to make ends meet, what’s not to love? It’s a brutally honest yet comforting and hilarious look into the lives of those who come to Los Angeles hoping to bring their dreams to fruition and the shenanigans they have to endure along the way. Don’t know if anyone here has heard of the show or even cares, but I figured I’d make a thread just in case as I’m quite excited for its return. Positive reviews are coming in (93% RT score as of today), and the trailer managed to make a little bit of noise! I mean Adam Scott, Jennifer Garner, Jane Lynch, and Megan Mullally with guest appearances by Quinta Brunson, James Marsden, and Nick Offerman, this season boasts some top talent! You can breeze through the first two seasons (half-hour comedy, 10 episodes each) on Hulu now!
