Her actual last Grammy win was in 2008, for the Confessions tour live release.

 

Are you surprised that none of her albums since then have received any kind of attention from the Academy?

Not surprised - The Grammys have always hated her. Them snubbing Like A Prayer was a huge insult.

A little. MDNA and Madame X were horrible albums, so no surprises there. Ghosttown didn't stand a chance for Pop Vocal Performance despite being an excellent song.

 

But Masterpiece could've snatched a nom for Song Written For Visual Media at least.

Oh my... That's horrible. Many of her songs deserved. Like A Virgin, Into The Groove, True Blue (album), Causing A Commotion, Like A Prayer (song) Express Yourself, Vogue, Rain, Secret, Take A Bow, Bedtime Stories (album) all at the very least should've been nominated for something.

Crazy for You was nominated but lost da ode to bein a homewrecker, Saving All My Love For You

PDP lost to a Barbara Streisand album 

WTG was nominated and lost for best song written for a movie as well
