She’s way more successful than she should be so miss me 

I wish more artists had her self-awareness.

Fame is overrated, + she still gets her coin from all the massive radio hits she’s penned  

The music she writes herself is just bad and doesn't fit her.  Her personality is fun, flirty, funky.  But her music is soo dreary.  She's a party girl with no party songs. At her core she is a rock singer, but that sound has been dead until recently so she was lost jumping on the trap train.

2/3 of these people are Grammy nominees.  

what is to be famous nowadays when everyone can be if they are willing to be a clown on the internet?

 

Shes doing fine... She was never a mainstream artist

She many not be famous and that’s okay, but she still earns more than everyone on here combined… and sis can do wtf she wants.. so not sure who’s the real loser haha

I mean she did make a really good point in the video. I love her to death, but she kind of tried so many different sounds so yeah people really lost track of who she was as an artist. 
 

I still forget she made the I Don’t Wanna Grow Up EP because that feels like a thousand sounds ago.

You’re just hating because Bebe is not like the other 2  she has been writing songs for big artists since 2013, so I think her sense of success is not false at all. It’s just not recognized because she said it herself, her music became faceless in a way as of recently.

Sia has plenty of hits and several succesful albums on her own and is easily recognizable, Rexah has none of that....

Anyway, she should be grateful for having the money and the royalties for life withtout having to suffer from Fame and celebrity dark sides

Honestly this. I'd rather have a few faceless hits that basically let me live comfortably for the rest of my life without having to deal with the downsides of A-list level fame. Save and invest your royalties, license a few of your songs if you get the opportunity, do a brand deal or two, live below your means, and just live the rest of your life in peace. 

Its tricky but some artist’s just don't make for interesting “celebrities”, and she is one of them. 

 

A similar situation: I’m in the like top 0.1% of Tove Lo listeners on spotify and Ive seen her live twice… but as a “celebrity” I have very little interest in her, she is just a nice Swedish lady who makes great pop music and that’s all I need.

i feel like artists in her situation are lucky. she has hits, is financially secure for life and has stan recognition, but doesn’t have to deal with being extremely famous

I do agree with this statement. While she has been featured on a few hit songs, she does not feel famous and most people eventhough they have certainly heard her name once or twice probably don't really know her. And that's not a shame by the way, at least she can live her own life without people harassing her all the time.

I mean Ava’s debut was a streaming juggernaut. and Bebe has had hits. 
 

I don’t think either of them are trying to act like they’re bigger than what they are. They’re not claiming to be massive celebs, they speak as musicians only. 

but she really won by living off successful collab royalties for the rest of her life and still not really being chased down if she goes out in public

lots of people are successful but not famous. it's always been like that. the reverse can also be true.

Die For You is probably the closest that I've heard. Baby I'm Jealous is an underrated bop too.

She might not be J-Lo type famous but she has scored major hits and written others. Underrated queen.

At least she is real and honest which I love. I agree, she makes good money and can still go out in public and enjoy herself without crowds running up to her. That must be nice. Unless she wants that extra fame, I am not sure. 

She is right with mixing up her sounds and genres too much. I think she shines on dance music clearly and needs to collaborate with more DJ's. Just hope her new album has dance songs like I'm Good to keep her momentum going. 

It’s weird to think how someone with some insane streaming stats (and absolutely dire ones too) is still such a small artist to the GP. The world is full of perverts I guess

She's definitely famous. I think she's just fishing for more validation from the stans.
