I didn't rank them by any criteria except personal enjoyment/listening habits these days. 

 

1. Britney Spears (iconic discography, performances, videos. I just love her story and how she came out the other side)

 

2. Beyoncé (amazing voice, discography, very creative and innovative)

 

3. Rihanna (hits on hits on hits. She defined the late 00s/10s for me. Beautiful and badass)

 

4. Taylor Swift (Before Folklore, she would’ve been bottom 3 but Folklore and Evermore are some of the best albums I’ve ever heard. Her lyrics and musicianship are top notch…well most the time)

 

5. Christina Aguilera (her first 4 albums are great and I love that she switches it up every era but after Bionic she’s been giving nothing and I don’t like her attitude from 00s)

 

6. Dua Lipa (a rising star. FN was such a big thing for pop music and she’s been delivering looks, music, performances recently. She’s not higher up cause she’s too new but won’t be surprised if she surpasses Xtina and Taylor if the next album is on FN level)

 

7. Katy Perry (hits on hits but I always found her too cringe. Her music videos and performances could slay but she made them so cheesy and cringe)

 

8. Lady Gaga (very innovative and fun but her music outside the BTW album does nothing for me. The Fame is stale and Artpop and beyond is just not my cup).

 

9. Miley Cyrus (like Britney she has a fun history and iconic moments and songs but she’s just not as interesting or doesn’t have the discography as the women above).

 

10. P!nk (love her voice but outside of the Funhouse album everything is just meh. Her last 3 albums are terrible and she does the same performance over and over)

 

11. Ariana Grande (I was really rooting for her during her first two eras but the music just never went anywhere. All her songs sound the same to me and her soft voice is kind of irritating. I also don’t really like her personality. She seems like a diva with no right to be one.)

 

12. Kesha (Animal was annoying, Warrior was messy and Rainbow was eh. I haven’t revisited any of her music after it’s been released.)

If I enjoy Miley's new album, I'll put her above Katy and Dua, she has a good (not great) discography and some of my favorite songs of all time (like We Can't Stop and The Climb) + Hannah Montana was a huge part of my childhood.

 

I used to love Britney a decade ago, her discography up until 2010 ("3" is the last song I fully enjoyed by her) still remains timeless though and I'm always happy seeing her back and successful. 

 

I used to enjoy a good amount of songs by Taylor, but can't really get into her whole discography. I barely (if ever) listen to her these days. Her success is one for the books though and it's nice to see hard work paying off for females in the music industry.

 

P!nk & Kesha have a good song here and there, but overall never really caught my attention. P!nk's r&b debut album is a classic though.

7 Rings is about to cross 2B streams on Spotify and even outstreamed gigantic smashes like Havana there (not meant as shade, just putting them next to each other to have a look how big 7R is as well). It hit the #1 position in 30 official charts around the globe, including most of Europe, Oceania and America. Even France was stanning, where it peaked at #2. It also reached the Top 5 in other difficult markets as well, such as Germany (#4), Italy and Spain (#5). Another cool chart fact is that it stayed at #1 for 8 weeks in the US and is eligible for a Diamond certification there!

 

The video is a full blown success, 1B and growing on YouTube and the daily streams on Spotify are fantastic, considering it still does 900k daily after 4 years of its release: Feb 17, 2023 on Spotify: 888,000+ streams (1,910,000,000 overall).

 

It was a big global hit at the time and it still has great recurrent stats for now.
