Why do some of you take 3 showers a day?

I rarely reach 3 showers a day, if it happens, it's during the hottest days of Summer, I can't stand sweating and that ugly sensation, it really depends from my day.

During Winter I usually take one, two normally in the Summer.

I do my main/ big showers at night and then in the morning I just do a light refresh (wash my face, pits, etc). I don’t understand how people can do their skincare routine at night but still go to bed with a dirty body. Especially if you live in New York and take the subway like I do.

Once a day but I stay on it for like 20 minutes. I love warm shower.

if you don't take a shower before work, that's gross.

I take two showers in winter: one in the morning to fully wake up, and one before sleeping to wash all the day’s dirt.

In summer I take an additional shower at 4/5 pm to freshen up and because I sweat a lot and I live in a very hot country.

I don’t understand people who take only 1 shower after they wake up, but not before going to bed. It doesn’t make any sense and it’s just nasty. Like, if you’re gonna take just 1 shower, at least do it before going to sleep to wash away all the dirt and sweat.

I don't personally do 3 showers except in summer but I don't think you comprehend how hot it.  It gets like "you can't walk one block in the street without sweating and feeling like you'll get instant insolation even if you're wearing a crop top and shorts" kind of hot and most places don't have or keep their ACs turned on (except pharmacies, banks...) because it's expensive.

One night shower is where it's at unless there's special circumstances for 2.

During weekdays, I usually take 2, but during the night I only wash my body and not my hair

During weekends, I only take a shower once or sometimes I skip it if I don't feel dirty lol.

I, too, have skin problem so I try to keep shower at the bare minimum lol

idk, I only take one. Usually in the morning during winter because I like to air dry my air, but sometimes I might switch to evening showers in the summer. Usually it's not too hot here so I don't sweat that much, only during the warmest summer days.

Girl, my city has 40* C or more in the summer, I am taking all the showers I need.
