I don’t know about other cultures though I only wash fish with vinegar before using a paper towel to remove the excess vinegar. For beef steak I don't, and I don't cook chicken (as in whenever I eat chicken is either cooked by someone else or food that I ordered, I don't mean that I eat it raw)
Beyonceist Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 Yes with Kylie Skin foaming wash and then I marinate it in the vanilla milk toner.
Pheromosa Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 i pick off veiny bits and fat, maybe bones give it a light soak and keep it moving people that give their meat a full spa experience are silly to me but i wont stop them
Kamil24 Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 (edited) I used to because Eastern European people wash it, but when I realized it's pointless and just spreads germs I stopped. Edited February 11, 2023 by Kamil24
JohnWayneHolland Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 What kind of meat is this thread about?
Katamari Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 i think this only works for poultry and even then its only a rinse with water
Alldeezy Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 No? We bang our meat but we don't wash it. We wash veggies and fruit though.

Sombre Posted February 12, 2023 Posted February 12, 2023 I don't wash beef because I wasn't really taught to and to me it sounds weird. Who would wash minced beef? With steak cuts, I just pat them dry enough with a paper towel. With poultry, yes. Wash in a vinegar water bath with some salt and sometimes slices of lemon.
