This is ATRL so Lady Gaga will probably get the votes but the reality is different. The general public adored Katy Perry's Teenage Dream from beginning to end. The era was a huge success and this album is considered a classic. Born This Way is having some cute streams at the moment due to Tik Tok but its streams have been awful for more than a decade.

Teenage Dream is literally a greatest hits-lite album. Very few 2010s albums are on its level - BTW is not one of them.

TD has always been consistent. BTW is edging it out lately thanks to Bloody Mary going viral, but overall TD is the bigger and more remembered album.

BTW had a huge impact especially in the LGBT community and obviously is very remembered (Judas) but overall TD is bigger.
