Yeah, I believe we have to take actions against climate change, however, this Doomsday Clock thingy is silly. How can scientists predict something they’ve never experienced, or, have accurately predicted before :mrpeanut:

the doomsday clock has been heavily criticized as fear mongering and nonsense. not to mention that the board behind it has never shared their methodology. its inconsistent and subjective.

I've been following this for 15 years, it keeps dropping :dies: They've had to start dropping it by just seconds otherwise it would have long been at 0 lol. I think the point is how close we are to potentially destroying ourselves, which is why the clock can move further away from midnight - though it only has done so once in my lifetime.
