Basically all of Britney’s videos between 1998-2008 are iconic, while Gaga’s run was 2008-2010 (plus Judas).

Obviously Britney. Gagas videos wouldn’t exist in the way they do without her the same as Britneys wouldn’t without Madonna/Janet. Anyone saying otherwise is a liar. Even gaga has said it herself

DUUUUUH YouTube didn't exist in the 90s LMFAO. And BOMT was uploaded 10 years after its premiere. Gaga's videos premiered on YouTube. Doesn't it make sense?

This thread feels xtina’d but i give the edge to Gaga. I think Madonna/Britney/Gaga had so much impact on pop culture but Gaga became known for her visuals at her peak she started the YouTube boom.
