The vaccine for cure, more precisely "functional cure", is another trial and many other big pharmacies are looking for that because who finds it first will make the huge money out of it. Since these pharmacy companies know that one of their rivals are eventually going to find the total cure, they rush into it for the basic capitalist reasons. The mRNA technology of the Covid vaccines was designated first for HIV but it could have been never tried. Now, the scientists have a first trial and a huge database with the results of the pandemic and they try to apply it to their HIV vaccine trials. So, there's still hope, we don't have the results of the Moderna and Oxford yet. Let's keep hoping, it'll be over sooner than we'd except. If someone is from a developed country they should use protection at all cost regardless whether there’s a vaccine or not.
