Egypt and UAE Spotify charts went live in 2021. With the archive it was visible that both countries were hitting the threshold since 2019. But for example Russia got its chart a few days after it launched in the country. Spotify probably waits until the chart is really stable even if +50 reached 1k streams for quite some time.
