Because why isn’t Hoe Biden getting the same treatment Trump got? They literally raided his home, while his wife’s body was still warm… wasn’t even laid to rest yet… and found nothing substantial. They had photos of files scattered circulating on the news, false news about nuclear codes, etc. But with Biden and his son? Nothing. Crickets and excuses. The lying he didn’t have them, his lawyers signing documents saying he turned all of them over already (when he didn’t) the 2 years of not working with the agencies to get the documents from him. Him saying he declassified them by just thinking it. Attacking the doj and Nara on a daily basis. That’s why he’s in trouble . this doenst compare to that. The only reason we know about these documents is because the Biden admin was transparent with its findings and immediately reported the docs to the DOJ and National Archives. If Biden was trying to hide something to protect his son, why in the hell would he a) allow his staff to go through the docs and b) allow his staff to report the docs to the DOJ and National Archives? The NA didn't even know these docs were missing because of how unimportant they are. Biden and his team could've easily hidden them and no one would've found out. Trump actually, literally stole top-secret classified documents from the White House and then lied to the government over and over again about not having them. He then tried to relocate them and instructed his lawyers and staff to lie about them being in his possession. The only reason Mar-a-lago got raided was because the National Archives knew Trump was lying and he wouldn't fess up. Had he returned the docs when the feds first asked for them, none of what happened would've happened. Biden and his team immediately notified the appropriate authorities and are now cooperating with them regarding this. His home wasn't raided because there was no need for it to be. Anyone trying to conflate these two instances is a moron. And if we're going by Trump's own logic, who's to say Obama didn't wave his hand and declassify the docs Biden had in his possession? Trump says you can declassify just by "thinking" so I bet Obama simply thought of the documents being declassified and therefore were declassified.
