SING-OFF RESULTS

first, it's judge Sean Paul

QcWpL1m.png

here is what he had to say:

Quote

My vote easily goes to [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was boring, The effort it took to find [REDACTED] only for her to not even move, and [REDACTED] can’t sing live at all

smiles

slayyyter - I needed something more going on here than just a ballad sing-off.
doja - Pretty much what defines the basic standard of a performance for me. It had a bit of everything (vocals/choreography/visuals) which makes it stand out.
sza - I was looking for some kind of movement and I didn't get that here.
marina - At least she had a stage prop and some background visuals but I just didn't enjoy her live singing at all

wow, he DRAGGED. anyways, in the end, he made a decision, and he decided to save...

Doja Cat!

next up, it's judge Ellie Goulding

here is what she had to say:

Quote

Slayyyter - not bad vocally but pales in comparison to SZA and Doja for me
Doja - absolutely phenomenal and had it all
SZA - loved her tone but the performance aspect was lacking
Marina - you had to be there live to appreciate this tbh

I love [REDACTED] punching out [REDACTED] that he could [REDACTED] for live performances [REDACTED]

Strategic king

*crowds gasps*

with that being said, judge Ellie has decided to save.....

Doja Cat!

another vote for doja omg....

next up, it's miss Lexie Liu

here is what she had to say:

Quote

It was between her and [REDACTED]

wow queen of saying only effective things :clap3:

she has made her decision and her save goes to.....

Slayyyter!!!!

that's right, with this, our current scores are 2 for Doja and 1 for Slayyyter

with 2 votes left, anything could happen... #StayTuned

SING-OFF RESULTS

welcome back! we have 2 more judges to spill their tea and then we will find out who is the one surviving

and who has to sadly be eliminated...

next, it's time for judge Ally Brooke

here is what she had to say:

My vote is for [REDACTED]. I didn’t even dislike slayyter’s, but compared to the entire performance doja put on, doja topped. I liked marina’s, but again doja stands out. SZA… why would they pick a whole concert where she’s just standing… like why.

(note from me, the host: i pointed out the timeframe for SZA for the judges btw)

well with the redacted, i guess you know who she voted to save but i'm not gonna reveal it yet.

let's go to our last judge, judge Caroline Polachek

here is what she had to say:

Quote

Slayyyter: LOVE this song, I think she has a solid vocal performance here especially near the end. Obviously with a ballad it’s not meant to be some sort of full choreographed routine so I think she accomplished what she sought out for, just not sure if it’s enough against the others (yet)

Doja: Even aside from it clearly being the highest budget one of these four everything worked well, diverting from the normal sound of Say So having the intro with the strings and concluding with it too was interesting and the switchups kept me entertained. Her vocals were great and the choreography, while nothing too crazy, was definitely adequate enough

SZA: First off, not as much to do with her but I hated the camerawork lmao. Anyway, the performance was fine. A diehard fan might appreciate it more than me but I wasn’t particularly blown away by much. Her vocals near the end were excellent at least!

Marina: Oh wow, the staging and outfit slay. Her performance was really good too, she had a ton of energy near the beginning although by the end had lost a bit. It was very much a festival performance for people to sing along against a couple that were more focused on the artist themselves, but still for what it was, cool

well i can say that two of them voted to save the same person

the act they have decided to save is......
