The timing with the fall in streams and rise on radio is actually perfect for a song’s chart performance.

UnusualBoy Posted February 20, 2023 Posted February 20, 2023 The song is still doing over 8 million daily, the dramatics , it was obvious that it wasn't gonna keep the huge numbers 1 month but it's still doing amazing, I do agree that they have to promote or do something, the album is out in less than a month and Miley is basically mia bar the mondays when she celebrates another week at #1

seancarter Posted February 21, 2023 Posted February 21, 2023 I'm laughing at the people over reacting... they said last week would be miley's last week at #1.... the song is predicted for a 6th week at number 1 and is the best selling song and is #1 on radio... all it has to do is stay top 5 on streaming and she will easily stay #1 on the hot 100.. the record label has the stats.. they don't need to waste money and promo on a song that's selling itself... trust they are gonna focus on the 2nd single and album release.. I just laugh seeing people panic about a song that's still #1 on EVERY MAJOR chart 5 weeks and is about to make it six.. but yet she in danger ? Lol

As It Was did 7.6M and Good 4 U did 7.4M on the same day so Flowers is currently 2nd most streamed song on 38th day i think. Which is still absolutely phenomenal but still, i’m getting worried because the streams are slowing down much faster than i expected. Only 1989 and Future Nostalgia have really done it recently for pop girls. Flowers is smashing so it's good to wait. The timing for a second single will be perfect.
