Claymore Posted December 31, 2022 Posted December 31, 2022 He called you girl because you're a whole ass queen and his brain could not compute referring to you in a more masculine way.

From my perspective those weren't only harmless words, but they were really endearing words at that. The word "girl" is probably just part of their regular lexicon and I know that to you it's something you use with friends only, but know that this person you're seeing isn't you, and so they don't make the same assumptions and also don't know what you're thinking. The purpose of dating is to get to know another person, and if you have an issue with being called "girl" you should address it with them at some point because when you're dating there's always going to be things you like and dislike. As gay people this can be just something you say as an expression and my ex and I sometimes used it with each other jokingly. To give you the serious answer, if the dates were really amazing as you said they were, I would continue seeing them and stop assuming these things! Text messages should never be the be all and end all of your decision-making. All of this. It’s probably something this person says when they are comfortable with someone. If the dates are good and you’ve had a lot of fun, don’t drop him because if something that they say as a term of endearment. If it really bothers you that much maybe you can politely bring it up at some point.

If that's your limit good luck spending an eternity on your own. Perhaps that member isn’t into feminine traits? All tho I don’t think addressing someone as girl makes a gay man feminine.

Either way it shouldnt be a deal breaker lol. It's cute either way I think it's the second one obviously. The first one does not exist.

The first one does exist tho sis tons of "straights" used to call me "baby girl" or "my femmeboy" and weird ish thinking id be into it i think because i was very soft and twinkish. Also so they dont feel fully gay or whatever when they say that but it was a major turn off for me
Number 9 Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 (edited) I prefer when I guy calls me that, over masculine names. I get turned off when I guy calls me dude….. Maybe i’m weird idk. Edited January 1, 2023 by Number 9 punctuation
