Although they are just submitting Nominations, all 3 are eligible for best picture. Elizabeth Olsen Portryal of Wanda is also Sub for Nominations of Best Actress.

The only one with a chance of even getting nominated let alone winning is Wakanda Forever. 
 

Even though personally i liked them it is a general consensus that MOM L&T were among the weaker Marvel projects., and the Academy already doesn’t really take Marvel seriously as it is so.

Thor Love and Thunder for Best Visual Effects not when that floating head scene exists

Angela is the only one worthy of a Best Actress/Supporting nom. Her scenes in the river, the UN speech against colonialism and her debate against Okoye were definitely easily Top 5 acting moments in the MCU.

 

Though I feel like had DS2 been an R18+ film and they really went in on Wanda becoming this violent force of nature, have Lizzie act out a mental breakdown, she probably would've deserved a nod too.
