Worst MDNA?  I guess

 

Melodrama is about divorce was she married? 

MDNA & Melodrama are divorced albums?  this is new info to me

She wasn’t married but she was in a long time relationship that ended and she was so young so it felt like a divorce album by the critics and press

Half of MDNA is dedicated to Ritchie whom she divorced after a long time married… while Melodrama she was on a long time relationship that it felt like a divorce álbum and btw the press and critics consider Melodrama a divorce album

idk about the worst, probably a tie between MDNA and TIWTTFL, although I still like both 

 

Melodrama is not a divorce album so shouldn't be included 

Funhouse is one of the best

Long time relationship? It was like 2 and a half, 3 years at best.. I personally don’t see Melodrama as a divorce album. It’s so heavily tied to the collapse of a relationship between two young adults — what kind of divorced person ends up at a house party full of drugs and alcohol? But this is just my opinion at the end of the day

 

That said, I like star crossed and Blackout the most of these albums. (Even though Blackout isn’t much of a “divorce” album imo either  )

MDNA: very chaotic and kind of desperate but also lot of fun and very dramatic, it’s like if midlife crisis was an album.

 

Body Talk: Is it the Robyn album? If so I’ve only heard the Dancing On My Own song which is cute.

 

Vulnicura: Haven’t heard sadly but I wanna get into her discography more 

 

TIWTTFL: I was a big fan of that album when it came out, though I barely use it nowadays. It’s a really cute divorce album. 
 

Melodrama: Great album but not a divorce album. 

star crossed: haven’t listened 

 

30: Really lackluster and boring especially after the amazing breakup albums Adele released before. 
 

Blackout: Amazing album but again NOT a divorce album

I did a quick Google search of “Melodrama divorce album best of list” and … nothin. 
 

tons of articles calling it one of the best breakup albums though! 
 

I could be missing something though but that’s just from my quick search

Melodrama is a breakup album so idk why this thread wasn't just about breakup albums other than because the list should then be a lot bigger.

Melodrama BODIES the others and it isn't even technically a divorce album I mean I love Blackout but I don't really think of it as a divorce album per se
