It's only December 1, and the 2022 Billboard Year End charts have already been released. I remember when these used to be released during the middle of December.

Yeah even if it the tracking year is already done i would prefer around the half of the month. Maybe it's something they need to do because the january magazine number comes in few days from now.

they should end on the last week of november cause December is just Christmas music really

Yes they should wait more also all Novemeber Charts are not even included 

this isnt end of year it doesnt make sense

christmas songs are already taking over so I think it's fine

Doesn't really matter with how much Xmas music dominates at this time

Their year measures December 2021 - November 2022, so it’s fiscal year technically. The differences between that & January-December 2022 would be pretty negligible tbh. Also, I think they do fiscal year purely for marketing purposes, by after NYE everyone is ready to move forward with life, whereas I think people prefer reflecting on the prior year throughout December.
