If you follow her that closely u know damn well she hasnt done anything post album launch aside from the quick lil remixes for BMS. This era has been absolutely DRY, let me tell you this as a fan. We pretty much all agree that this has been the worst era to follow as a fan. We got nothing, not even Insta updates  The fact we as fans feel happy that she did a collage of TikTokers doing the Cuff it challenge says it all. It's been ROUGH despite the great music.

 

If anything, it shows Bey still has incredible pull after 25 years, which is insane. Imagining a world where she still cared about promo and such is like daydreaming, but I think we can all agree that with an IASF type of rollout, Renaissance couldve pulled twice the numbers it is currently doing (and the numbers are already really good all things considered)

There is no way she made a profit, even excluding the scrapped visual work because she didn't like it. "Just listen....dont watch....thats what I wanted"

what is this fanfic? The numbers ARE impressive regarding the fact she's been in the industry for 25 years already, that's literally a fact.

Then who said sth about scrapped visual work? As far as we know, they'll come when they'll come and nothing has been scrapped so far.

Also the comment "here today, gone tomorrow" is bs considering the fact it spent 15 or so weeks within the Top10

Ariana has been working non stop since Sweetner (2018) going into TUN. And even now, she is still highly visible with REM Beauty and the Voice gig. And Save Your Tears remix carried Ariana for the greater portion of 2021 and half of 2022.

More goes into an era than playlisting. I think it's hilarious how yall add her on more and more playlists by the day in an effort to prove something.

 

Let us know when Beyonce pushes a 10th remix to block other artists form #1, let us know when Bey reaches #1 on overall radio. Join us when Bey finally drops visuals and tour dates. Let us know when Beyonce enagaes enough to hype up her release by doing lives on tik tok and announcements on live national TV about her album dropping.

 

The playlisting Bey does have is literally the bare minimum for an era where she isn't doing much of anything else. Taylor literally has every other base covered twice and nearly 1 billion in playlist reach according to the numbers you posted. So what?

Beyoncé having some songs on spotify playlists (only crazy in love and halo are on a lot of playlists from her catalog btw) is NOT the same as doing a huge promo campaign for your album lol. Her being actually present on socials would boost her streams across her entire catalog, she just will not do anything this era She was literally more active and present in the media last year than this year like the entire hive is tryna figure out what’s going on. We’re fed with pics of her out to dinner with her husband and family every few months this era

Performing a song from 2021 that no one cared about to begin with at the Oscars is not going to get you on Billboard Year-End Lists.

 

For the rest of what's listed...don't most major popstars have the same things? What makes her different, when the other popstars are doing far more in terms of promo including music videos, live performances, active social media, interviews, award shows, and more?

 

AND what songs has she remixed multiple times? The only remixes she's put out were for Break My Soul and the last one was released 6 days after her album came out.

It's very weird how with Beyoncé, people start forgetting what promotion is.

 

Perhaps it's because she does so little that any little bit seems huge to them, forgetting that the little bit she does is not even the bare mininum for everyone else.
