Thé Album is still extremely short even with the deluxe songs and acoustic versions :toofunny2:

Mercury In Retrograde is my fave from the deluxe tho!

I believe she already has plenty of songs for AL8: Eyes Wide Shut, many sessions with Feldmann, sessions with Alex Gaskarth, sessions with Marshmello, sessions with Tommee Profitt, started following Skylar Grey, not to mention all unreleased Love Sux songs that she can use since AL8 will probably be LS 2.0

 

A new album during march-july 2023 seems pretty plausible for me

Just made a "Complete Edition" with all the bonus tracks and unreleased tracks (no acoustics here though) for a total of 22 songs. This is definitely my favorite project from her since Let Go.

This deluxe would’ve been miles better without the acoustics songs it’s soo out of place.

I actually really love Pity Party! Such good energy and it gives me ICDB vibes. 

 

The only issue is the length and complete lack of a bridge/middle-eight. I really hope they're not as streaming-conscious for AL8 because some songs from LS had so much potential but were let down by their length and lack of proper bridge (LIWYH, BOAH, PP, etc).

I really prefer the deluxe cover to the original. The darker background really makes everything look better.

 

I don't care too much for the acoustics - I think these songs just sound much better with the original production, they aren't really made for an acoustic setting.

 

DTA Records (and her new team) seems to have really ignited her passion again for music... for now.

This deluxe album felt kinda pointless to me and i didn't like the new songs, only Mercury.
