Staryu Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 Easy round to critique since I know and love 8 of these songs so Chloe x Halle - Do It Issa modern classic, a vibe, and a bop, the harmonies, the beats, the ambience, the vocals, classy, sophisticated, tasteful Electric Indigo - The Paper Kites Never heard of this group or song, but I liked it, 90s alt rock lilith fair girl vibes, got a little sleepy as it went on, but was nice Aly & AJ - Potential Breakup Song I really like it's hectic production energy, it's a fun song Florence + The Machine - Shake it Out A grand and lovely song, one of my faves from one of my favorite albums Chloe x Halle - Ungodly Hour Issa modern classic, a vibe, and a bop, the harmonies, the beats, the ambience, the vocals, classy, sophisticated, tasteful [2] Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up It's a bop, it's fun, it's a teensy bit grating after a couple minutes Cocteau Twins - Cherry Colored Funk This group was sent in another game, I liked that song better, can barely hear/understand the vocals on this one Destiny's Child - Say My Name This is excellence, pop R&B excellence, a classic, definition of girl groups perfection Fleetwood Mac - Dreams This song is so comforting to me, I can close my eyes and get lost in it, Stevie's voice is mesmerizing Wonder Girls - Baby Don't Play this was a really cute bop, the play-ay-ay ay ay ay got stuck in my head in an annoying way, but I really liked the production Florence + The Machine - Dog Days Are Over I love clapping along to this song, it's such a perfect debut for Florence, will always love it Spice Girls - Say You'll Be There A classic, 90s pop perfection

Red Velvet - Russian Roulette one of the first kpop songs i ever liked! too bad they took a nosedive and release itzy music now Wonder Girls - I Feel You they were SO ahead of their time with this whole album Danity Kane - Damaged so dated, idk why they keep getting sent in games with 0 good songs Little Mix - Sweet Melody same as DC, except they have about 5 better songs but this is still good Red Velvet - Automatic a bit overrated but i like it Goose House - 光るなら it's nice ig, towards the bottom tho Silk City - Electricity (feat. Dua Lipa) i like it but it's not strong enough for this round and a major cop out

No Doubt - Don't Speak such a weird choice like.. it isn't bad but.. mmm idk about this one. Destiny's Child - Survivor you had.. literally their entire discography.. and you chose this? LOSE MY BREATH WAS RIGHT THERE!! Le Sserafim - Antifragile song of the year. ate. devoured. smashed. wish I could give you 100 points. Red Velvet - Russian Roulette song of the year. ate. devoured. smashed. wish I could give you 100 points [2] Wonder Girls - I Feel You I forgot how groovy and fun this was, another great entry! No Doubt - Don't Speak: cute Destiny's Child - Survivor: an AMAZING classic love it Le Sserafim - Antifragile: kpop soty omg but tied with attention like wowwww biggest bop of all time Red Velvet - Russian Roulette: literally in my holt rinity of kpop songs (the other 2 cant be sent in this round) so you automatically win Wonder Girls - I Feel You: pure excellence I've always loved this one Danity Kane - Damaged: rlly nice classic I like Little Mix - Sweet Melody: didn't like the verses but the chorus was fun and cute Red Velvet - Automatic: one of their best I fear this is so beautiful and nice Goose House - 光るなら: this was cute kinda boring to me Silk City - Electricity (feat. Dua Lipa): it's alright, anna wintour did it better

Aly & AJ - Potential Breakup Song: A classic hit. Florence + The Machine - Shake it Out: It's ambitious but I don't care much for her as a singer so yeah. Chloe x Halle - Ungodly Hour: Likely their best song. Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up: Never liked this as the chorus borders on annoying. Buttons would've cleared Cocteau Twins - Cherry Colored Funk: Best song ever Destiny's Child - Say My Name: Darkchild went to work. Great classic. Fleetwood Mac - Dreams: This is overplayed for me so I don't like it that much. I also prefer their 80s material. Wonder Girls - Baby Don't Play: Not my fave from them but still adequate. They were a good group. Florence + The Machine - Dog Days Are Over: Not for me. Spice Girls - Say You'll Be There: Definitely can't complain about this entry.

This was fine, but I would have preferred Bloom Aly & AJ - Potential Breakup Song: Obviously a great, nostalgic classic Florence + The Machine - Shake it Out: Definitely one of my favorite FATM songs Chloe x Halle - Ungodly Hour: Originally this was one of my least favorites on the album, but it's grown into one of my go-tos Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up: Nostalgic bop, has one of my favorite bridges tbh Cocteau Twins - Cherry Colored Funk: The production on this is kinda annoying, but otherwise it's fine Destiny's Child - Say My Name: I'm much more of a Beyonce stan than a Destiny's Child stan, but this should do fine with me Fleetwood Mac - Dreams: I've never really gotten the love for this song Wonder Girls - Baby Don't Play: This isn't for me Florence + The Machine - Dog Days Are Over: Another one of my favorite FATM songs Spice Girls - Say You'll Be There: I find the Spice Girls massively overrated, but this is probably my 2nd favorite Spice Girls song

Dua Lipa) - mega banger that is on rotation frequently, probably the best track dua lipa was ever graced to lay her mid vocals on
