Well, it's over. Last season started out great but quickly went downhill. It had a decent run.

Other than the initial announcement I don’t remember seeing any promo for this season…and the 2 episodes were pretty boring

Not surprising with the lack of promo. But it's also time to put this show to rest after season 13. AHS hasn't been exciting for years now

Honestly the show is creatively bankrupt and they churn them out like Dancing with the Stars. If TV streaming eta has taught us anything, it’s that hype builds if you give people a break.

Worrying about broadcast ratings is so... pointless. No network really cares about them anymore, streaming trumps all and it's obviously doing okay otherwise it would've been cancelled years ago.

i’m not shocked. AHS hasn’t been good since Coven. it’s been on a steady and scary decline. Ryan Murphy needs to be sent to a gulag.

The whole situation is so weird. They didn't even bother promoting it whatsoever. The title was leaked and the only promo done was a BDSM photoshoot  It's like they're really trying to kill it, but someone won't let it go

Literally no one cares about broadcast ratings, it’s all about streaming. Everyone said the same thing for 1984 and it ended up smashing on Hulu and other streaming services. And even with that being said it’s still FX’s second highest ratings other than What We do in the shadows.

its on Hulu the next day( today). I wanna see what the streaming numbers will be.

 

Ryan seems to be burning through this season ( 2 episodes a week now and minimal promo) makes me wonder if he's just completely over it at this point ( he has 2 more seasons after this)
