Spirited away, when marnie was there, kiki, moving castle, porco rosso, tales of princess kaguya, whisper of the earth and only yesterday are all equally excellent to me

It’s Tale of Princess Kaguya.

Difficult because they have made several masterpieces. My favourite is Howl's Moving Castle but Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Grave Of The Fireflies, Laputa and My Neighbor Totoro are all such brilliant films. Also low key Porco Rosso and Kiki are up there too. 

 

I think maybe the popular answer Spirited Away is the correct one because that movie just really stands out in so many ways.

Princess Kaguya shatters all Miyazaki movies let's be real. princess Mononoke is also good.

Castle In The Sky is my personal favorite but I also love Howl's Moving Castle andTotoro.

Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind is my favorite   and Grave of the Fireflies is also wonderful but devastating

 

Kiki, Arietty and Howling's are big runner ups for me too!

Kiki's Delivery Service is a such a feel good movie so it holds a special place in my heart.

 

Howl's Moving Castle is a multilayered masterpiece though.
