Not really, atleast not in the first half. He's in a bunch of scenes, but he doesn't feel like a main character. Charlotte Ritchie, Amy-Leigh Hickman and maybe Tilly Keeper have the most screentime, besides Penn Badgley.

I feel like a lot of people are bandwagoning with the hate for this season. It's def a soft reboot but im enjoying it for what it is. There are a lot of theories out there regarding rhys (look it up) and the trailer for part two looks intense. After finishing part one, I was expecting to hate it from what the majority of you were saying but I enjoyed it for what it gave.

The first 3 episodes are very slow... and the main girl this time around is not it. She is a bad choice... but the show is still very entertaining

Same - came here to see if anyone felt the same and I'm glad I didn't have to look very far. 

I stanned this show so hard even so late as up to the end of last season, but now I'm done with it. I have no interest in it anymore. I think season 3 was a good conclusion to the story and I don't need anymore. I hope this is the last season. They need to end it.

I enjoyed this.

However this season should be the start of a wrap-up for the show and Joe finally facing his time for his crimes.

I really enjoyed S4P1!  I'm glad they switched it up, the old formula (while great) can only be done for so many seasons before it gets stale.  I love a murder mystery so I was happy (though the killer was super obvious in this).  

 

And though the rest of the new characters are completely reprehensible, I like Phoebe, Adam, and Kate.  Phoebe and Adam are giving Sherry and Cary who were super fun.

 

Looking forward to part 2!
